Roast the diced sweet potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees or in the air fryer for 18 minutes at 200 degrees
Season sweet potatoes with garlic powder, Italian mixed herbs, salt and pepper, and toss with 2 Tbsp olive oil before roasting
Cook the chicken thigh fillets with garlic, lemon, butter, olive oil, chicken stock and honey until cooked through
Cook the broccoli alongside the chicken
Prepare the garlic yoghurt sauce by combining Greek yoghurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice
Garnish chicken and broccoli with fresh parsley and chilli flakes
Serve chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoes together with the garlic yoghurt sauce
