Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Beef or Pork or a Mix of the two
5 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1 Diced Yellow Onion
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
10 Red Hotdogs diagonally cut into ¼ inch thick slices (Found at a Filipino store)
35 oz Filipino Spaghetti Sauce (found at Asian markets)
1 Cup Banana Ketchup
1 Cup Beef/Chicken Broth
3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
5 oz Condensed Milk
3 Slices of Sliced Processed Cheese (i.e. Kraft Singles)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 ½ lbs of Spaghetti Noodles
Grated Cheddar Cheese as topper
Extra Salt and Pepper to Taste
Add Olive Oil in Dutch Oven or Large Pot.
Cook Garlic and Onion on Medium Heat until translucent (roughly 7 minutes).
Add Ground Meat and cook until brown while breaking it up into small pieces.
Drain Fat/Oils.
Add Sliced Hotdogs, Fish Sauce, and Black Pepper. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Spaghetti Sauce, Broth, Banana Ketchup, Condensed Milk, Oyster Sauce, and Slices of Cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted. Cover pot and let simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
While sauce is simmering, cook pasta according to package instructions.
Drain spaghetti water and serve with grated cheddar cheese as a topping.
