Cheddar Bay Butter Swim Biscuits
  1. To a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, seasonings and herbs, cheese, and buttermilk.

  2. Melt butter and pour into 9x9 baking dish.

  3. Add dough, spread out evenly, and cut into 9 squares.

  4. Bake at 400 for 30 min.

  5. Brush with garlic butter and enjoy!
