Preheat oven to 400°F. Fit pie crust into skillet and bake 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Set aside.
Reduce oven to 350°F. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
