Chop peaches into small chunks then mix everything into a bowl to make a soft and smooth dough. It should not be sticky
Flour your kitchen surface, flatten the dough then use a cookie cutter to cut out circles and continue until all the dough is used up
Brush the top of the scones with a bit of extra yoghurt
Air fry on air fry mode on 180C for 10 mins OR oven bake on 180C for 20 mins
