Greek Yoghurt Peach Scones
  1. Chop peaches into small chunks then mix everything into a bowl to make a soft and smooth dough. It should not be sticky

  2. Flour your kitchen surface, flatten the dough then use a cookie cutter to cut out circles and continue until all the dough is used up

  3. Brush the top of the scones with a bit of extra yoghurt

  4. Air fry on air fry mode on 180C for 10 mins OR oven bake on 180C for 20 mins
