Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice (in this case, banana pepper juice). Season with garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flake, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
Toast two slices of white bread lightly.
Spread the prepared dressing on both slices of bread.
Add your choice of deli meat, such as turkey and roast beef.
Add sliced cheese.
Make a slaw by mixing shredded iceberg lettuce with some of the prepared dressing.
Add the slaw and tomato slices to the sandwich.
Add pickle slices, if desired.
Close the sandwich, skewer it with long toothpicks, and cut it in half.
Serve with your favorite chips on the side.
