Boursin Candied Bacon Crackers
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

  2. Arrange your Club crackers in a single layer on the prepared pan.

  3. Spread a thin layer of Boursin cheese on each cracker.

  4. Cut thin-sliced bacon into small pieces and place one piece on top of each cracker.

  5. Add about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar over each cracker.

  6. Lightly sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes on top.

  7. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the brown sugar is bubbling and caramelized.

  8. Let the crackers cool for about 5–10 minutes before serving.
