Garlic Parmesan Cottage Cheese Twists
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Mix until well combined

  3. Roll out the mixture into a rectangle shape on a floured surface, then cut into strips and twist each strip

  4. Place the twists on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown
