Tomato Egg Soup with Ground Pork
  1. Dice 5 large tomatoes

  2. Dice 2 cloves of garlic

  3. Heat pot on high and add 1.5 tbsp of beef tallow or cooking oil of your choice

  4. Add in garlic and stir until fragrant

  5. Add in ground pork or any ground protein of choice

  6. Stir fry until ground pork is well cooked

  7. Add a splash or two of soy sauce

  8. Add in tomatoes and mix well

  9. Cover with lid. Once you see liquid boiling, turn down heat to medium

  10. Let the tomatoes reduce until it's mostly liquid, about 15 minutes

  11. Add in 2 beaten eggs and stir quickly

  12. Add in salt to your liking

  13. Make a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water) mix until blended and add into pot. Stir until you see it thicken

  14. Serve it with a bowl of rice

  15. Add chili flakes if you like it spicy

  16. Enjoy!
