Mongolian Beef
  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix and leave aside.

  2. Cut beef into thin slices and Marinate in bicarbonate of soda, soy sauce and black pepper for 10-15 mins (not longer!).

  3. Toss beef in cornflour until fully coated.

  4. Spray a little oil in bottom of the airfryer, add the beef and brush or spray with oil.

  5. Airfry on high for 15 mins shaking it every 5 mins.

  6. Meanwhile on a pan with a bit of oil fry green onion.

  7. After a few mins add the sauce and let sizzle for a few seconds.

  8. Add the beef and mix together and let cook in the sauce for a bit.

  9. Garnish with more spring onion and sesame seeds and red chilli if you wish.
