Air Fried Tandoori Chicken Bowls
  1. Add boneless, skinless chicken thighs to a bowl

  2. Marinate chicken with Greek yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, tikka masala or tandoori masala seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon juice

  3. Mix until everything is completely combined and place in the fridge

  4. Cook diced sweet onion in oil or ghee until brown

  5. Add basmati rice, spicy curry powder, and turmeric to the onions

  6. Pour chicken bone broth over the rice mixture

  7. Add salt to taste

  8. Add marinated chicken to an air fryer basket

  9. Cook at 400°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through

  10. Combine feta cheese with fat-free milk and break down feta chunks

  11. Mix in Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and minced cilantro to make the sauce

  12. Slice or dice the air-fried tandoori chicken

  13. Assemble bowls with yellow rice, chicken, and feta yogurt sauce

  14. Serve immediately or store in freezer-safe containers for meal prep
