In a bowl, add water, oil, honey, and yeast. Whisk, let bloom for 5 minutes (foamy looking).
Then add flour and salt. Start with 2 ½ c of flour and add as needed. Dough should be soft but not super sticky.
Place back in bowl and cover with a towel for 20 minutes. Boom. Done. Ready to shape and bake your pizza!
This isn't a pizza recipe, it's a dough recipe. So add whatever your heart desires.
But the crust is best baked at 425 for 15-18 minutes or until done to your liking.
