Pre-heat oven at 180°C
Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salty water. For the last ~5 minutes, add the chopped broccoli and drain together once both the broccoli and pasta are cooked
While the pasta and broccoli are cooking, prep the sauce by blending silken tofu, nutritional yeast, cashews, garlic powder, fresh basil, spinach leaves, and soy milk in a blender until smooth
Mix the sauce with the pasta and broccoli in an oven-safe baking dish
Top with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake for around 15 minutes until the top is golden brown
