  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar

  2. Add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree and mix

  3. Add 3 tablespoons of flour, making sure to level it off before adding

  4. Add ⅛ teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, and ⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon

  5. Mix all the ingredients together

  6. Roll the dough into a ball

  7. Coat the dough ball in cinnamon sugar

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
