Ayurvedic Postpartum Nourishing Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

  2. Pulse dates, almond flour, melted ghee, cardamom, cinnamon, and sea salt in a food processor or blender until a thick dough mixture forms

  3. Add more dates if needed for bulk or more ghee if needed for softening

  4. Shape dough into small balls

  5. Press your thumb into the middle of each ball to create a small indent

  6. Bake for 10 minutes

  7. Fill the indent with your choice of topping (almond topping, jam, or chocolate chips) or leave plain

  8. Serve with a warm beverage
