  1. Add chia seeds, oats, water, and seasoning to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes

  3. Add a little oil to a frying pan over medium heat

  4. Pour about ⅓ cup of the batter into the pan and spread evenly

  5. Cook until the edges lift off the pan, about 3-4 minutes

  6. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes
