Kale Chips
  1. Cut kale leaves into bite-sized pieces. Combine kale and olive oil in a large bowl and toss gently until each leaf is coated with oil. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat evenly.

  2. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add kale to basket in 2-3 batches; spreading in a single even layer, and cook at 375F until crispy, 4-6 minutes.

  3. Remove from air fryer, and serve immediately. Store in a ziplock bag lined with paper towels at room temperature for up to one week.
