Airfry the frozen hashbrowns for 15 minutes at 180°C.
In the meantime make your salt and pepper mix by combining the Chinese 5 spice, salt, black pepper, sugar and garlic granules.
In a wok heat up a couple tbsp of oil then add in the garlic, chilli and spring onion and sauce for 1 minute until fragrant.
Then add in half the salt and pepper mix giving that a stir.
Once hashbrowns are done, add them in with the rest of the salt and pepper mix.
Combine everything in the wok well and enjoy!
