Garlic Confit
  1. Preheat the oven to 250*F.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a small oven safe pot or baking dish. Make sure all of the garlic is covered by oil, add more if needed. Add to the oven and bake for 2 hours. Remove after 2 hours or until fork tender.

  3. Cool slightly, then strain from the oil and use or store both the oil and the garlic in the fridge for up to two weeks.
