Boil lentils, onion, potatoes & carrot until soft → roughly blend.
Knead in parsley, spices, oat flour, oil & flaxseeds → chill 1 hr.
Too soft → add oat flour
Too dry → add water/oil
Press lentil “meat” flat → fry → melt cheddar.
Add curry-mango sauce, caramelized onions & arugula. Salt & pepper → done!
