Vegan Lentil Burger Tacos
  1. Boil lentils, onion, potatoes & carrot until soft → roughly blend.

  2. Knead in parsley, spices, oat flour, oil & flaxseeds → chill 1 hr.

  3. Too soft → add oat flour

  4. Too dry → add water/oil

  5. Press lentil “meat” flat → fry → melt cheddar.

  6. Add curry-mango sauce, caramelized onions & arugula. Salt & pepper → done!
