Creamy Miso Lemon Pasta
  1. cut up garlic, and red onion

  2. saute the garlic and onion in olive oil,

  3. once its slightly brown, add lemon zest and soy milk

  4. Then add nutritional yeast and miso

  5. Then add black pepper, and the pasta, some of the pasta water, a squeeze of lemon, and salt

  6. Toss until the sauce becomes thick
