Teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

will get you 80ml. (Ratio: soy sauce:sake:mirin:sugar=2:2:2:1) You just add them all in a pan and heat up. Sugar will start to thicken when heated (like caramelising it) if you want thicker sauce, keep heating up till your desired thickness but don’t burn it 😉
