Roasted Carrots
  1. Toss everything together on a ½ sheet pan

  2. Roast at 300ºF for 1 hour

  3. Raise the temp to 425ºF for 20 minutes until the edges are slightly crisp/brown

  4. If you're serving this for a fancy dinner, transfer to a pretty dish and add a sprinkle of pine nuts, feta cheese, or even some candied chopped pecans
