Mariannas Pantry Turkey Bacon Broccoli Salad
  1. Preheat oven to 425F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper

  2. Add broccoli florets to 1 sheet pan

  3. Coat with olive oil spray

  4. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary

  5. Bake until broccoli is fork tender

  6. To the other pan add turkey bacon slices and bake until crispy then slice into thin pieces

  7. Make dressing: combine around ¼ cup plain green yogurt, honey mustard (3-4 tbsp), hot honey or regular honey to taste, splash of red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and 2 tsp minced garlic

  8. Add everything to a large bowl along with feta cheese and pour desired amount of dressing on top
