Mix the vanilla extract into the flour and sugar.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Knead the dough in a stand mixer on medium-high speed for seven minutes.
Prepare the filling by beating the butter and sugar until smooth, then adding cocoa powder, melted chocolate, cinnamon, and salt.
Roll out the dough to ¼-inch thick.
Spread the filling on the dough.
Shape the loaf and place it in the loaf pan.
Brush the loaf with sugar syrup and bake for 15 minutes.
Brush with syrup again and bake for another 20 minutes.
