Roasted Parmesan Panko Green Beans
  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment and drizzle with olive oil

  3. Add the dried green beans to a large bowl

  4. Add 2 tbls olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper and toss to combine

  5. Add panko, Parmesan and garlic and toss again to evenly coat the beans

  6. Place the coated beans evenly in one layer on the baking sheet without piling them

  7. Sprinkle any remaining Parmesan and panko from the bowl evenly over the beans

  8. Drizzle with olive oil

  9. Roast for 15 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender and panko is golden

  10. Serve with lemon wedges
