Thai Fish Cakes Recipe
  1. Process the fish fillets in a food processor.

  2. Add the egg, cornflour, fish sauce, curry paste, chilli and coriander, and process until combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the beans and spring onions. Mix well.

  4. Form mixture into large patties using a spoon or wet hands.

  5. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.

  6. Fry patties and turn when golden brown. Remove when cooked and drain.

  7. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
