Ingredients:
680 Grams Raw boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
¾ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 ½ Tablespoons Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Place the chicken breasts or thighs in a ziplock bag, large bowl or container.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
Pour over the chicken and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes
