Preheat the oven 400*F and line a muffin pan with 10 liners.
Whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients and then stir into the dry, mixing just until combined.
Fold in the berries and divide the batter between the 10 muffin liners.
Combine the streusel ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over the muffins.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out with moist crumbs, 22-26 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes then remove from the pan.
