Strawberry Wild Cherry Cough Syrup
  1. Add all herbs and strawberries to a saucepan with 3 cups water.

  2. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30–45 minutes, uncovered, until reduced to about 1 cup.

  3. Strain the herbs well.

  4. Let the liquid cool slightly.

  5. Stir in 1 cup raw honey while still warm, but not hot.

  6. Bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

  7. Label and date it!
