Add Copha or coconut oil to a large pan and heat till melted
Take off the heat and add the chocolate and marshmallows
Put back on a low heat and stir till melted and combined
Take off the heat and add the salt, Rice Bubbles, craisins, pistachios and shredded coconut
Stir to combine then press into a greased tin (20 x 26cm)
Press flat with a spatula pressing up to all the corners
Sprinkle with shredded coconut and press on
Leave to cool
Press out the tin and using a sharp knife, cut into 24 squares
Add a final snowy sprinkle of shredded coconut before serving
