Boil the whole potatoes until they are cooked through. If desired, peel the skins off after boiling and leave to cool completely.
Hard boil the eggs and leave aside to cool completely.
Cube the potatoes, cucumber, and sausage. Slice the radishes, spring onions, and dill as instructed. Peel and slice the eggs. Add all ingredients into a big pot.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Pour over kefir and sparkling water, mix thoroughly.
Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving, preferably overnight.
Adjust seasoning if needed, serve cold with dark bread.
