Spicy Bean Salad
  1. Drain cans of beans and chickpeas, rinse and set aside

  2. Cut celery into small dices and set aside

  3. In a large bowl add all dressing ingredients (tzatziki, mustard, and Lao Gan Ma) and mix well

  4. Add the chickpeas, beans and celery to the dressing and mix well

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix until seasoned to your preference

  6. Divide bean salad into 5 meal prep containers

  7. Divide cooked chicken equally among the containers

  8. Optional: add furikake to chicken

  9. Serve cold
