Apricot-glazed Roasted Turkey Breast
  1. Set oven to 375° F. Dry turkey breast and place on a rimmed baking sheet.

  2. Mix room temperature butter, Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves, and herbs.

  3. Brush turkey breast with butter mixture. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours until internal temp reaches 170° F. Brush with butter mixture every 30 minutes.

  4. Let stand for 10 minutes, slice thickly, and serve.
