Meat Loaf Frosting
  1. Mold meat loaf in pan.

  2. Turn out of pan and bake on a cookie sheet. This way loaf browns on all sides.

  3. Frost with piquant sauce: ½ cup catsup, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon dry mustard.

  4. Return the loaf to the oven till sauce topping is hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
