Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a rectangular baking pan (20 cm x 11 cm).
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Gradually pour in the vegetable oil while continuing to mix until a smooth mixture forms.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture gradually, mixing well until a smooth batter forms. Add a pinch of salt and mix again.
Gently fold the grated carrots into the batter, followed by the chopped walnuts and cinnamon, mixing until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
Once cooled, cut the cake into slices and serve.
