Ploughman's Dinner
  1. Score the fat on top of the gammon.

  2. Wrap the joint loosely in tin foil, so the foil doesn't touch the fat or it will stick.

  3. Cook it on 170C for 1 hr and 10 minutes in the airfryer.

  4. Mix 2 tsp of dijon mustard and 2 tbsp of honey, before seasoning with salt and pepper.

  5. Remove the ham from the air fryer and unwrap.

  6. Smear the top of the ham with a thick layer of glaze, before returning to the air fryer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

  7. Check it's cooked through. Leave to cool, before refrigerating and then slicing.
