Prepare lobster meat using preferred method.
Chop lobster meat into bite sized chunks. Toss with melted butter, chives, dill, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Brush melted butter on the inside of the bread rolls and heat in the oven at 350ºF for 4-5 minutes to warm.
Spoon warm lobster mixture into rolls. Sprinkle with extra chives. Serve warm.
