Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Blondies (gluten Free)
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, baking soda and salt together in a bowl. Set aside.

  3. Mix the pumpkin, coconut sugar, cashew butter, egg and vanilla together with a large spoon. Add you flour mixture and stir to combine. Stir in your chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Let the blondies cool for at 10 minutes before taking them out of the pan.
