Let yeast rest in warm milk for 5 minutes; it should look foamy.
Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.
Mix with regular beater bar, then let sit for 5 minutes.
Using the dough hook, knead on low for 5 minutes.
Spray bowl with some oil, toss your dough in.
Cover with a towel and let rise until it doubles.
Once doubled, roll out into a large rectangle.
Spread filling evenly over dough.
Roll into really tight log.
Cut into 12 pieces.
Butter 9 x 13 pan. Let rise while oven preheats to 375 degrees.
Once preheated, pour ½ cup of heavy cream over rolls.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
After they have cooled a bit, add frosting.
