COPYCAT CINNABON CINNAMON ROLLS
  1. Let yeast rest in warm milk for 5 minutes; it should look foamy.

  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.

  3. Mix with regular beater bar, then let sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Using the dough hook, knead on low for 5 minutes.

  5. Spray bowl with some oil, toss your dough in.

  6. Cover with a towel and let rise until it doubles.

  7. Once doubled, roll out into a large rectangle.

  8. Spread filling evenly over dough.

  9. Roll into really tight log.

  10. Cut into 12 pieces.

  11. Butter 9 x 13 pan. Let rise while oven preheats to 375 degrees.

  12. Once preheated, pour ½ cup of heavy cream over rolls.

  13. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

  14. After they have cooled a bit, add frosting.
