Preheat the oven to 400F
In a greased pie pan (10.25 inch), put the peeled bananas and smash them with a fork.
Add ⅓ cup of maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, almond flour, baking powder and olive oil.
Whisk it all together in the pan until it becomes a unified mixture.
Sprinkle the coconut and chocolate chips on top.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup on top.
Bake it in the oven on 400F for 25 minutes.
