Gluten-free, Dairy-free Banana Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F

  2. In a greased pie pan (10.25 inch), put the peeled bananas and smash them with a fork.

  3. Add ⅓ cup of maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, almond flour, baking powder and olive oil.

  4. Whisk it all together in the pan until it becomes a unified mixture.

  5. Sprinkle the coconut and chocolate chips on top.

  6. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup on top.

  7. Bake it in the oven on 400F for 25 minutes.
