Make the hot honey sauce. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, stir together the honey, hot sauce, and lime juice. Set aside.
Mix the dry rub. In a small bowl, stir together the salt, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Season the chicken drumsticks. Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl and sprinkle the dry rub all over the chicken. Toss the chicken, making sure to coat all sides.
Cook the chicken. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chicken drumsticks on top and bake for 20 minutes.
Glaze the chicken. After the chicken has cooked for 20 minutes, use a silicone brush to brush the hot honey sauce all over the chicken. Cook the chicken for another 10 minutes, then brush again. Cook the chicken for another 10 minutes. If you have any leftover sauce, you can brush the chicken one last time, then cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. The chicken is done after 40 to 45 minutes of cooking, or when an instant read thermometer reaches 175°F (80°C). If you'd like to crisp up the skin, you can broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Rest and serve. Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve with fresh lime slices.
