Add the flour and salt to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the room temperature water and mix by hand to form a stiff dough. Add more water or flour as needed.
Divide the dough in half and roll each piece out very thin on a floured surface.
Cut the dough into squares or desired shapes and prick with a fork.
Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
