Easy Homemade Crackers
  1. Add the flour and salt to a bowl and whisk to combine.

  2. Add the room temperature water and mix by hand to form a stiff dough. Add more water or flour as needed.

  3. Divide the dough in half and roll each piece out very thin on a floured surface.

  4. Cut the dough into squares or desired shapes and prick with a fork.

  5. Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.
