Garlic Butter Potatoes
  1. Bring a pot of water up to a boil and add a few generous pinches of salt. Add the potatoes and boil for 15-20 minutes, until fork tender and cooked through. Strain and dry.

  2. Cut the potatoes into bit size pieces.

  3. In a large saute pan over medium heat, add the butter. Once melted and bubbling, add the potatoes. Season with 1-2 pinches of salt and pepper all over. Saute until golden brown and the butter starts to brown. Add the minced garlic and saute another 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and turn off the heat.

  4. Serve and garnish with parsley, enjoy!
