Chicken Chukani - easy mains must must
  1. Marinate chicken breast with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper

  2. Heat ghee in a pan and cook the marinated chicken with ginger garlic paste and chilies.

  3. Cook until chicken is tender and well-cooked

  4. Slice onions and stir through cooked chicken. The onions will be raw.

  5. Heat ghee. Add cumin and chilli powders. Pour over well whisked yoghurt and stir till almost fully combined but a teeny bit marbled.

  6. Combine chicken mix and yogurt.

  7. Garnish with lots fresh coriander

  8. Serve with rice. Eat with hands for full delicious experience.
