Greek Salad Hummus Flatbread
  1. Toast naan bread in toaster or toaster oven. Set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, olives, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

  3. Spread hummus onto each naan bread.

  4. Divide the salad mixture on top of the hummus.

  5. Sprinkle with feta cheese, slice and serve!
