Soy Sauce Marinated Salmon
  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, juice from half of lemon, and half of green onions. Mix well

  2. Submerge salmon in marinade, covering as much flesh as possible. Marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge

  3. Preheat oven to 375F/190C Bake Salmon for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Alternatively, cook in air fryer at 360F for ~10 minutes. The internal temperature in the thickest part of fillet should read 145F/62C

  4. Squeeze remaining half of lemon onto cooked salmon. Garnish with remaining green onion. Serve with whatever you wish (cauliflower, rice, vegetables, or noodles)
