Mix all ingredients together using a spatula until the dough comes together - the dough will be quite sticky
Place the dough in a container with a lid
Allow the dough to rest in the fridge overnight
Flour the work surfaces well
Use a floured bench scraper or knife to cut the dough into rough rectangle shapes
Transfer the shaped dough to a baking tray
Allow to rest for 15 minutes in the tray
Bake at 200°C fan until golden brown and crispy
