Laine’s Overnight No Knead Ciabatta
  1. Mix all ingredients together using a spatula until the dough comes together - the dough will be quite sticky

  2. Place the dough in a container with a lid

  3. Allow the dough to rest in the fridge overnight

  4. Flour the work surfaces well

  5. Use a floured bench scraper or knife to cut the dough into rough rectangle shapes

  6. Transfer the shaped dough to a baking tray

  7. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in the tray

  8. Bake at 200°C fan until golden brown and crispy
