Salt and pepper your chicken.
Sear the chicken well on both sides.
Add in 10 cloves crushed garlic and let that become fragrant.
To a bowl add in ⅓ cup honey, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, and 4 tbsp soy sauce, mix very well.
Add the sauce to your chicken and let your chicken cook on medium low for 25 minutes, flipping once in between.
Make sure you aren’t burning your sauce.
