Smashed Radishes Salad
  1. Trim radishes and cucumbers.

  2. Using a rolling pin, lightly smash radishes so they begin to split apart. Scratch the outside of the cucumbers with a fork to create grooves, then finely slice into rounds.

  3. Add all the ingredients into a jar, shake well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. When ready to eat, simply pour into a bowl and enjoy!
